We began our apprenticeship journey in August 2011, to support young people as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. Since then we have recruited four apprentices within the software development and support teams.
Our most recent apprentice, Jordan, joined us in January 2016 with the help of the apprenticeship provider QA Limited. Jordan has recently completed his level 3 qualification and has moved on to level 4 of the Software and Web Development Advanced Apprenticeship which commenced in February 2017.
“Whilst deciding my next career move I decided to go for an apprenticeship. I felt it was the best way to gain valuable experience, whilst also working my way towards a qualification. Clearview were able to offer me this opportunity to gain hands on experience working within a development team.”
All of our apprentices have benefited by being able to gain knowledge in their field of interest; achieve qualifications; acquire skills; and experience working in a business environment, whilst also earning a wage.
